REFUNDS POLICY

Effective 14th December 2025

General Principles

All refunds are handled in compliance with:

  • The UAE Consumer Protection Law
  • The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines
  • Applicable medical service regulations

We aim to treat all requests fairly, while also adhering to the strict rules governing medical and aesthetic procedures in the UAE.

Refunds for Medical, Aesthetic & Wellness Treatments

No Refunds Once a Treatment Has Been Performed. Due to the nature of medical, wellness, and aesthetic services: Treatments that have already been performed, fully or partially, are non- refundable.

This includes:

  1. Injectable treatments (fillers, wrinkle softening, etc.)
  2. Laser treatments
  3. Skin or body procedures
  4. IV drips
  5. Consultations
  6. Wellness therapies
  7. Any treatment where materials or practitioner time have been used This rule follows DHA and UAE medical service fee regulations.

Results Are Not Guaranteed. Because results vary from person to person:

  1. Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes does not entitle a refund.
  2. We do not guarantee specific results, as reflected in our Terms of Service.

This aligns with Dubai and UAE medical advertising and treatment rules.

Refunds for Treatment Packages, Courses & Memberships

Packages (e.g., laser packages, skin treatment packages, multi-session plans):

Unused Sessions. If a package has unused sessions, refunds are not typically provided, but:

  1. Transfers may be permitted (to another person or service), subject to Clinic approval.
  2. Convert to store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

This follows UAE consumer law that allows businesses to specify package-use terms.

Expired Packages. No refunds or extensions will be issued for expired packages unless required by UAE law.

Consultation Fees

Non-Refundable. Consultation fees (online or in-clinic) are non-refundable, even if:

  1. You decide not to proceed with treatment
  2. You are deemed unsuitable for the procedure
  3. You do not attend the appointment

DHA allows healthcare providers to charge non-refundable consultation fees.

Product Purchases (Retail, Skincare & Medical-Grade Products)

Refunds Allowed Only If the Product Is:

  1. Unopened
  2. Unused
  3. Sealed in original packaging
  4. Returned within 7 days
  5. Accompanied by proof of purchase

No Refunds Allowed For:

  1. Opened or used products
  2. Custom-made or prescription skincare
  3. Products damaged after purchase
  4. Products purchased during promotions (unless defective)

Defective Products. If a product is defective, we will provide:

  1. A replacement
  2. OR store credit
  3. OR a refund, depending on stock availability The defect must be confirmed by the Aesthetic Clinic Dubai

Refunds Procedure

All approved refunds will be processed:

  1. Only to the original payment method
  2. No cash refunds for card or online payments

Refunds are processed within: 7–21 business days, depending on bank or payment processor timelines.

You may need to provide:

  1. Full name
  2. Phone number
  3. Proof of purchase
  4. Transaction reference
  5. Emirates ID or passport (for verification where required)

Denial of Refund Requests

We may refuse a refund request when:

  1. UAE or DHA rules prohibit refunds
  2. The service has already been provided
  3. Products have been used or unsealed
  4. Package sessions have been partially used
  5. The request conflicts with professional medical judgment
  6. The request violates this Refund Policy or UAE law All refunds are subject to Clinic review and final approval.

Cancellations & Appointment Changes

Cancellation by the Client. We may require notice for cancellations:

  1. 24 hours minimum for regular appointments
  2. 48 hours for long or specialized treatments

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or loss of deposit.

Cancellation by the Clinic. If we cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may:

  1. Reschedule at no additional fee
  2. Receive a refund of any prepaid amount for the appointment only

This excludes non-refundable consultation fees.

Changes to the Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect:

  1. Legal or regulatory changes
  2. DHA guidance
  3. Business policy updates

The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the current version
